I have always had a love for photography since I was in 4-H in grade school. That love continued into high school where I was able to develop my own prints in a darkroom. After high school, I bought my first film SLR camera and fell more in love with being able to capture special memories. My life continued to be busy and photography took a backseat for awhile till my kids were born. My husband bought me my first digital camera for Christmas and my passion took off again. I never imagined going digital, but now I wish I had done it sooner. That camera lasted me only a year and then I upgraded to a digital SLR. My passion has grown so much that I am following a dream of mine, my own photography business. I want to capture those memories and those special moments.

I am a mother to three wonderful kids and a step mom to 2 awesome kids. I am a wife to a wonderful husband that is helping me by encouraging me to follow my dreams.

I love to photograph outside using natural light, but I also have a small in-home studio for more professional pictures. My favorite captures are of babies and children. The looks and expressions they give us are priceless. Those expressions I am able to capture fulfills my passion.

I like to do photography differently than most photographers. I don't like to limit my time during your photo session. This way, there are times for bathroom breaks, outfit changes, snacks, feedings (for those babies), and I am able to get the best captures instead of worrying about time limits. I also encourage you to bring props that have a special meaning to you and your family. They make my captures even more special to you and your family.
